Ginkia Shipping Policy

We believe that genuine customer service should be at the core of every authentic company. That’s why we support everything we craft with a team of friendly customer representatives. No matter your journey, we want you spending more of your time on the web site. To ensure you’re not held back, we fully inspect, package and ship our pieces directly to you—and always in a timely manner.

Every ginkia piece is made to order. To ensure the careful quality for which we’re known, we ship orders from our factory in China within 3-26 business days(basic shipping fee) or 1-7business days (higher free) from the order date. After shipment, delivery timeframes vary by location and depend largely on the shipping method you’ve chosen. Please place your order allowing plenty of time for production and delivery. If your order contains 10 or more items, it may require additional production time. We ship to a selection of countries outside the China. Available countries can be viewed in the dropdown upon checkout. If you have additional questions, contact our Customer Service Department at email or skype customer_services@ginkia.com for more information. International orders do not qualify for our “free shipping” offer.

Please note that once an order is in processing, cancellations and order changes may not be able to be accommodated.

Supported shipping methods

Currently there are the following express shipping options: UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS, TOLL, e-EMS, ePacket, China Post Registered Air Mail, China Post Air Parcel, China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, HongKong Post Air Mail, HongKong Post Air Parcel, Singapore Post, Swiss Post, Sweden Post, Russian Air, Special Line-YW, DHL Global Mail and S.F. Express.

Since all items are not expensive, so we choose China Post Registered Air Mail, China Post Air Parcel, China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, as default basic shipping methods. We don't recommend you to choose another shipping method with higher fee. If you persist to use another shipping method with higher fee, please contact us at email  customer_services@ginkia.com.

Customs & import taxes

  • Orders may need to clear customs in your country.
  • Please check if your order will incur additional import duties, taxes or other customs related charges.
  • Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.
  • Suppliers are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
  • Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade. We sincerely hope that you do not use additional import costs or customs clearance delays as a reason for requesting refunds or leaving negative feedback.

Shipping cost

Currently,we choose EMS,EUB,ETK,China Post Registered Air Mail, China Post Air Parcel, China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, as default basic shipping methods. Shipping fees are automatically calculated on the basis of weight, size and volume.

Delivery Policy

We can deliver our products to more than 150 countries across the globe. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. Substitution may be necessary to ensure your products is delivered on the day you requested. Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the delivery area.

Usually, we ship your products out in 1-3 workdays and then carrier will takes some days to delivery it and it depends on where you are and which carrier you choose. Please see the delivery time in cart as the below picture. The time in red circle is just an estimate. It may take longer during holidy seasons or under hash wether or clearance that is not smooth etc.

So Estimated delivery time = 1-3 work days + Transport Days. Usually, it is 3-26 work days(It may take longer during hodliday seasons or under hash wether or clearance that is not smooth etc.)

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, or if it appears to be defective, please contact our Customer Service Department within 1 days of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange*. Our Customer Service Department can be reached by email to customer_services@ginkia.com. 

*Please be advised that we do not accept returns on custom orders, orders that have been personalized, items with lost hangtag , items with damage, items with natural blemishes, or items that vary slightly in leather color from website photos (color variances occur naturally with the tanning processes we use).
