Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, or if it appears to be defective, please contact our Customer Service Department within 1 days of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange*. Our Customer Service Department can be reached by email to customer_services@ginkia.com. 

Items can be returned within 2 days of receipt of delivery. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense.  If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you'll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed. Except for quality problems, the buyer shall bear the round trip transportation fee of the retruned goods. In order to avoid few customers intentionally damage the goods for full refunds, the video for unpacking is required as a prerequisite of return. 

*Please be advised that we do not accept returns on custom orders, orders that have been personalized, items with lost hangtag , items with damage, items with natural blemishes, or items that vary slightly in leather color from website photos (color variances occur naturally with the tanning processes we use).
